All the dishes served in our restaurant are cooked with fresh vegetables
grown without agricultural chemicals and other ingredients from Yanbaru.
Visitors for lunch and dinner are also welcomed.

Macrobiotics is one of the methods of food ingestion,
which is to avoid foods exhausting body and mind( e.g. meat, refined sugar, milk products, additives )
to take food creating balance of
them (e.g. brown rice, vegetables,

Introduction of food in our Hotel
Let us introduce some of foodstuff for our healthy dish.
They are all obtained directly from local stock sale or in fish bidding and cooked in our restaurant while fresh.

Pastured pork in blue sky
(Aozora houboku Pork)

Pork in our restaurant are obtained from Mr. Daigoro Yamamoto, who live in Yanbaru and raise Ryukyu native pastured pigs called “Agoo”. They are raised with low-calorie bait like wheat bran and rice bran originally mixed with fermentation broth from Awamori, or blue grass and potato vine. No commercial bait and antibacterial agent is fed for raising. Agoo in his farm, grown up like that , are characterized with their sweet fatty meat and good flavor. They also contain more inosinic acid, linolic acid and vitamin B1 than those of others.

Ebisu mushroom
(Usuhiratake or Ebisudake)
They are very popular food in Okinawa and have similar crispy texture to Eryngii or Hen of the Woods.

Ryukyu red potato
Newly made by the idea of Agricultural association for women.
They are characterized by red skin and sweet taste.

Akamo mud crab
A kind of mud crab, living in root of mangrove.
They are caught in net by coral
